1.Retailer Selects Products
Retailers browse OPJ Studio’s curated product catalog and choose their desired styles. For each product, they set the retail price and select a fulfillment method (dropshipping or self-fulfillment).
2.Choose Sales Channel
Retailers select their sales channel—currently supported options include:
- Offline stores (via iPad display)
- Shopify online stores (via our official plugin)
3.Product Sync to Sales Channel
- For offline stores: We install OPJ Studio on an iPad. Store staff can use the tablet to present interactive 3D products directly to customers and assist with customization and ordering.
- For Shopify stores: OPJ Studio automatically syncs selected products to the retailer’s Shopify storefront via our app. When a customer clicks a product, they are directed to OPJ Studio for real-time customization and then sent back to Shopify for checkout.
4.Customer Places an Order
Orders from both offline and online channels are automatically pushed to OPJ Studio’s backend. Once the retailer confirms the order and completes payment (either immediately or on account), the order enters production.
5.Production & Fulfillment
The item is produced by our certified manufacturing partners. Once completed, it is shipped according to the chosen fulfillment method:
- Dropshipping: Shipped directly to the end customer.
- Self-fulfillment: Shipped to the retailer for onward delivery.
6.Real-Time Order Updates
Logistics and order status are fully synchronized with the retailer, keeping all stakeholders informed every step of the way.
